I wanted to show Rosie the Riveter as a male in this shoot. Instead of 'We can do it', its 'He can do it'. It represents that men can be feminine and do typical 'women's' jobs (as the original Rosie the Riveter propaganda was the opposite).
I then started to edit the photos further by using the Shepard Fairey colours as inspiration, as well as the Barbara Kruger font.
